These frozen chicks are packed with dry ice to insure frozen delivery.  PLEASE BE CAUTIOUS WITH DRY ICE -- NEVER HANDLE WITH OUT PROPER HAND PROTECTION.  

We ship out Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday via Fedex Ground service.  Orders received after Tuesday at 11:30 am EST will be shipped out on Monday morning.  Packages are guaranteed by 4:30 PM to business addresses and 7 PM to residential addresses.  Please note we can not ship to PO Boxes.

If there is a problem during transit (DOA, lost or damaged package, etc.) we will refund or replace your order.  We will be unable to offer refunds or replacements for orders that don't include shipping insurance.
