Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

At Feeder Factory, we guarantee all live insects and frozen feeders arrive in excellent condition if:

Temps: Package must be Held for Pickup if local temps are under 40°F or over 80°F.
Pickup: Must be collected within 4 hours of arrival for "Hold for Pickup" orders.
DOA: We must be notified immediately of any DOAs upon receipt.

Shipping Schedule

Frozen Feeders: Shipped Mon-Wed via FedEx/UPS Ground with dry ice.
Live Insects: Shipping days and locations vary by product. Check product pages for details.
Tracking: Automated tracking is emailed once the label is generated.

Note: We do not ship Dubia Roaches to FL or HI. FL residents: please see our Discoid Roaches!

Returns & Refunds

Due to the biological nature of our products, all sales are final. Approved LAG claims receive a replacement or full refund.
