These superworms are gut loaded and ready to be shipped to you! Gut loading is having the worms fed in advance, so that when you feed these little guys to your reptiles or fish, you can be sure your pet is getting the most nutrients possible. Most orders are shipped out next day. If your worms show up DOA, please contact us immediately to either get a refund or a reshipment. We ship superworms out Monday-Friday via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Only select sizes and counts are available for First Class shipping. YOUR PACKAGE MUST BE HELD FOR PICKUP AT THE POST OFFICE IN TEMPERATURES UNDER 45 DEGREES AND ABOVE 85 DEGREES, OTHERWISE, THE LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE IS VOID. WE CAN NOT OFFER REFUNDS/REPLACEMENTS FOR ORDERS OUTSIDE THAT RANGE. |
